The data collected by the Company, for the purposes previously indicated, will be kept for the time necessary to carry out the operations for which they are acquired. Rights of interested parties

The “interested parties”, or natural persons, legal persons, authority or associations, to which the data refer, have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence of the same data and to know its content and the origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or the rectification pursuant to articles 15-22 of the European Regulation 679/2016. Pursuant to the same article, the interested parties also have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data about them, processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment . Moreover, the interested party may always lodge a complaint with the competent Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data. Minors

Children under the age of 16 must not and cannot provide personal information or data to the Company through the channels provided by this site, if such activity is necessary, the consent of those who exercise parental responsibility is essential.
